LearnEnglish Teens

If you’ve ever wondered how Easter eggs are made – or if you’re looking for new ways to motivate and engage your teenage students – then check out the egg-cellent LearnEnglish Teens.

Developed by BC Hong Kong’s very own Jonathan Rickard and the British Council LearnEnglish team, LearnEnglish Teens is full of ideas for you to use in class or recommend to your students for language practice outside the classroom.  Sections include:

  • English skills practice
  • Grammar and vocabulary
  • Exams
  • Free time
  • Magazine

I recently used the Homes of the future lesson plan in the English skills practice section to help my NS2 students write about their ideal homes.

Have you used LearnEnglish Teens yet?  If so, what activities would you recommend to other teachers?
